When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Are your products suitable for all hair types?

Yes — Myrtèl is made for all hair types, whether you’re natural, relaxed, wear wigs, braids, or switch it up regularly. Healthy hair starts with hydration.

Can I use the oil and mist together?

Absolutely. The Hydrate Mist preps your hair with moisture, and the Strength & Shine Oil seals it in — they work perfectly as a duo.

Are Myrtèl products safe for children?

Our products contain essential oils, which may not be ideal for sensitive scalps or very young children. We recommend caution and suggest patch testing.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at myrtelhair@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours. We’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

How should I store my products?

Keep your Myrtèl products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Because we use natural ingredients, they’re best preserved when stored properly.

What’s the shelf life of your products?

Our products are best used within 6–12 months. We use gentle, minimal preservatives to keep each formula clean and effective.

Do your products contain silicones, parabens, or sulfates?

No. All Myrtèl products are free from silicones, parabens, sulfates, and any harsh or unnecessary chemicals.

Can I become a stockist or salon partner?

Are your products handmade?

Yes — every bottle is made by hand in small batches, using carefully selected botanical ingredients.
